Music festival in Naples and Campania: free concerts at the National Library and at the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella.
On the occasion of Music Festival edition 2019 organized by the Mibac (Ministry of Cultural Heritage), the 21 June - summer solstice - Naples will experience a series of very interesting concerts.
Theater of the performances for the European Day of music will be the National Library of Naples and the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella.
As for the National team, the appointment with the "Concerts with the National Library of Naples ". These are exhibitions organized by the Past Pupils Association of San Pietro a Majella. The artistic director is Elio Lupi. Start at 20pm.
The program is dedicated to swing, because, as Duke Ellington sang, “It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing”.
Protagonists of the evening entitled "Swing in the City”Will be: Marco Sannini on cornet, Oscar Montalbano on manouche guitar and Marco De Tilla on double bass.
The three have every intention of giving the public a “Swing Experience” that gives the sunset the colors of a jazz improvisation that traces arabesques around the melody.
