The events that have written the history of Naples in the last 25 years will be the protagonists of an extraordinary photographic exhibition

Until the 7 January 2016, the beautiful Cloister of Santa Maria la Nova host "Backlight 1991-2014", the exceptional photographic exhibition dedicated to the last 25 years lived by the city of Naples.

The initiative, curated by Maria Savarese, is part of the event "Let's illuminate the monuments inside and out" and will immerse all visitors into an extraordinary one photographic travel among the most striking events that wrote the Neapolitan chronicle from 1991 to 2014.

Specifically, on show there will be about 60 photographs and 800 images, some of which unpublished, the result of the work of the most famous Neapolitan photojournalists as, to name a few, Salvatore Laporta, Alfonso Di Vincenzo, Alessio Buccafusca, Mario Laporta, Carlo Harmann and Roberta Basile.

From the fire that devastated Città della Scienza to the solemn funeral of Pino Daniele and many others events that have sparked the interest of the whole world on the Parthenopean capital, will be the protagonists of the event, which is an unmissable opportunity to remember and appreciate a city that always has so much to tell.
