The Campania Region enters the orange zone: here are the prohibitions and changes!
The subdivision of the regions in the colors red, orange and yellow continues in the context of the health emergency, a classification that is carried out on the basis of the risk of contagion at Coronavirus
Our region, the Campania, is preparing to make the transition, after about a month, from the red area to the color area Orange, that is the intermediate risk zone, a passage that will probably be effective from Monday 19 April 2021.
This decision was made on the basis of the results monitored by the Scientific Technical Committee (Cts) and the control room of the Ministry of Health evaluating the progress of infections. Furthermore theinfectivity index Rt it fell below the critical threshold and consequently this made possible the hypothesis of a passage of color.
With the transition to the orange zone there will be gods changes in the rules to be respected but some remain valid prohibitions. Let's see which ones.
Transfers and curfews
As for the movements, the passage of the Campania region from the red zone to the orange zone, allows you to freely move within their own municipality of residence or domicile without the need to present the self-certification, which instead will be necessary to exit the latter.
The ban on leaving the province and the region. curfew is always valid 22:00 am - 05:00 am
Visits to friends and relatives
In the orange zone they are visits to relatives and friends possible once a day. The visit is allowed to two people at a time with children under the age of 14, but always remaining within their own municipality.
Schools
School in attendance also for pupils up to the eighth grade, as well as nurseries, maternal and elementary. For high school, on the other hand, between 50% and 75% in attendance, the rest of the students in DAD.
Second houses
Free access to second homes alone or together with cohabitants, with the prohibition, however, to host friends and relatives who are not cohabitants. This transfer is possible provided that they are owners or holders of a lease agreement prior to January 14, 2021
Shops, hairdressers and beauticians
In the orange zone all shops reopen. On holidays and days before holidays, only groceries, pharmacies and parapharmacies, newsagents and tobacconists can remain open inside shopping centers. Also hairdressers, barbers and beauty centers can reopen.
Bars and restaurants
Unfortunately, the situation does not change for the bars and restaurants. In fact, with the transition to orange, as well as in the red zone, the drink at the table for bars and restaurants is prohibited. However, take-away is allowed for restaurants until 22:00 and for bars until 18:00 and home deliveries.
However, it seems that the government is thinking about introducing a new zone, one strengthened yellow zone, for the middle of April, when in bars and restaurants it will be possible to eat at the table at least for lunch.
Sports, gyms and swimming pools
Allow outdoor walks and jogging, resumption also of individual sport like tennis, Padel and golf. In this case it is allowed to move from one's own municipality if the latter does not have the adequate structures to practice it.
The gyms and swimming pools remain closed.
Cinemas and theaters
The theaters, cinemas, museums and exhibitions continue to remain closed.
Self-certification April 2021
Self-certification is necessary to leave your municipality and more generally to do one of the actions that are not allowed. It is allowed to go to assist non self-sufficient people, to go to the children who live with the ex-spouse and also the partners who live in two different cities can be reunited.
But be careful to always have self-certification as in the absence of the latter and in one of the situations listed above you can take a risk fines from 400 to 5 thousand euros.
