The Chestnut and Hazelnut Festival 2018 arrives in Avella with the seventh edition: for everyone the opportunity to taste typical products between music and guided tours.

From Friday 12 to Sunday 14 October 2018, back with the seventh edition, the Chestnut and hazelnut festival, which will take place as every year in the city of Avella, in the province of Avellino.

The event, made possible by the association "The branches of the apple tree", will make available to everyone, young and old, the opportunity to appreciate the typical local products as precisely hazelnuts, chestnuts, porcini mushrooms, wine and wild boar  and much more.

Do not miss Free guided tours which will take place in the morning in the most famous sites of Avella such as the Roman Amphitheater, the Roman Tombs, the Norman Castle. In addition there will be the opportunity to stop for both lunch and dinner in Piazza Municipio, in front of the Doge's Palace and attend the shows of folk music of traveling groups.
