The temporary traffic device for the procession of San Gennaro in Naples scheduled for Saturday 5 May 2018.

Saturday 5 May 2018 in Naples will host the procession for San Gennaro, the Patron Saint of the city, and the Municipality of Naples has prepared a temporary traffic device to make the religious manifestation easier.

So, in some streets of the historic center there will be the ban, while in others they will be established parking bans with paid removal.

Everything will happen with the vigilance of the municipal police, which will be authorized to implement any other type of measure it deems necessary.

  • 15:00 am - 20:00 am, and in any case until ceased needs, will be effective ban in the sections from time to time affected by the procession, along the following streets: Via Duomo (Cathedral height), Via Tribunali, Vico delle Zite, Via Vicaria Vecchia, Via San Biagio dei Librai, Piazzetta Nilo, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, Via Benedetto Croce (Church of Santa Chiara-courtyard)
  • 00:01 am - 20:00 am or until ceased needs will have to
    a) suspend the parking stalls fee (blue stripes), parking for motorcycles, parking for loading / unloading goods and parking reserved for taxis in Via Duomo (taken from Via Tribunali to Piazzetta San Giuseppe dei Ruffi)
    b) establish a prohibition on parking with forced removal, in the following streets: Via Duomo (taken from Via Tribunali to Piazzetta San Giuseppe dei Ruffi), Via Tribunali, Vico delle Zite, Via Vicaria Vecchia.
