Over the weekend from 2 to 4 June 2017 a Napoli there will be a series of initiatives in between exhibitions, concerts and visits that will arouse the interest of many people. As every week, art lovers will be spoiled for choice between the Archaeological route to the Maschio Angioino, the exhibition by Stephen Prina and Waden Guyton at the Madre Museum, the exhibition on Andy Warhol at the Palazzo Zevallos Stigliano.

Suggestions at dusk at the Pausilypon Park
At the Archaeological Park of Pausilypon you will be able to attend the review "Suggestions at dusk", which will offer you some theatrical performances and concerts in a wonderful location that will be the setting. Sunday will be proposed "Scarrafunera" a play by Cristian Izzo with Roberto Azzurro.

June young 2017
On the occasion of the "Youth Youth" event in various districts of the city more than 100 events were organized including visits, debates, screenings and concerts which will involve especially young people to underline their importance in the development of cultural policies. The testimonials of the event will be the videomakers of Casa Surace and the musical group The Kolors.

Archaeological route to the Maschio Angioino
An archaeological route was organized at the Maschio Angioino will take you back in time to let you admire the various artistic changes. We will start from the vestiges of the Roman Neapolis, we will cross the High Middle Ages up to the time of the Angevins when the Castel Nuovo was built and the age of the Aragonese when it was rebuilt.

Exhibition “Picasso and Naples. Parade "
The exhibition “Picasso and Naples. Parade ", a tribute that the city has decided to pay to the artist on the occasion of the centenary of his trip to Italy. The exhibition includes the sketch of the Cubism manifesto "Les demoiselles d'Avignon", the costumes of the ballet "Parade" and the scenography of "Parade" from Paris.

Exhibition on Picasso in Cava de 'Tirreni
The exhibition dedicated to the works of Pablo Picasso was set up at the Mars in Cava de 'Tirreni, with the subtitle "Natural stories and spiritual journeys" for highlight the sensory experiences that the artist has experienced in our beloved land. The exhibition includes the presence of 46 works including ceramics, paintings, engravings and lithographs.

Show Stephen Prina and Waden Guyton
The Mother Museum will host the exhibition "English for Foreigners" by Stephen Prina a contemporary North American artist and the exhibition “We Are Here” by Wade Guyton one of the greatest American artists. Guyton's works in the exhibition are the result of his stay in the Neapolitan city. Prina in his exhibited works retraces back the journey his father made from Italy to the United States of America.

Show on Andy Warhol
At the Palazzo Zevallos Stigliano the exhibition dedicated to Andy Warhol, a very influential exponent of the Pop Art movement, was set up. On display there will be two of the most important serigraphs dedicated to Vesuvius: the “Vesuvius (black)” and the “Vesuvius (red)”. These works they represent the grandeur of Vesuvius and its constant threat to its citizens, while for the author they represent the close link with our land.

Mates Festival at the Agnano Hippodrome
The Mates Festival will take place at the Agnano Racecourse to create a kind of friendship village where young people from Campania can gather to participate in various activities: photographic exhibitions, pilates yoga and fitness classes, workshops on nutrition and on the web. Young people will be able to listen to dance and electronic music and launch themselves on the dance floor with internationally renowned DJs.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone at the Flegrea Arena
The Italian Cinema Orchestra will perform at the Etes Arena Flegrea with a concert dedicated to the soundtrack of the movie Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone " made by John Williams. During the concert the same film will be shown on a 12-meter screen. This event, like many others, is part of the Noisy Naples Festival.
