The weekend of 5, 6 e 7 June 2015 offers many events, both cultural and pure fun. Do you love culture? There Sunday at the Museum it is the appointment that you cannot miss because the state museums will be open for free and will allow you to discover all their artistic and archaeological heritage.
Instead, the Franciscan Libraries will exhibit the books more rare e precious enhancing the work of the monks who contributed to creating it over the centuries.
Fans of Paolo Sorrentino will be able to participate in the photographic exhibition that pays homage to his cinema, but the director will also be the protagonist of Happy Birthday Federico II together with Jovanotti to celebrate the 791th anniversary of the University!
Music lovers will delight themselves with classical music concerts offered by important artists in beautiful churches in Naples and those who prefer traditional dances can go to the Feast of the Tammorra and dance to the notes of folklore. On the other hand, those who follow contemporary music will be unleashed atAperipark at the Camaldoli Park.

Like every first Sunday of the month, also on 7 June 2015 the state museums of Naples will be open for free. You can also visit galleries, archaeological sites, historic houses parks and monumental gardens, thanks to the Franceschini decree which since July last year offers this extraordinary opportunity.
The initiative was immediately a huge success and each appointment sees the record of admissions of the previous month exceeded.

The Franciscan Libraries open to the public
Penultimate appointment with the interesting initiative that foresees the opening, every weekend, of one of the most important Franciscan Libraries in Naples and its province. This weekend it will be the turn of the splendid Monastery of Santa Chiara in Naples in which the “Schola Gregoriana Seraphica” will interpret the music of illuminated corals of the library. The visit will be enlivened by the music of Damadakà, a popular band that will make us travel in the melodies of ancient Naples.

Dante's Inferno
The 18 marble slabs depicting the most important episodes of Dante's Inferno they are always on display in the municipal villa of Sorrento, contrasting with the beauty of the Gulf of Naples, which almost represents the Paradise that observes from afar. The works have been around the world, enjoying great success everywhere, especially in China.

Paolo Sorrentino's cinema
In the Certosa di San Giacomo in Capri you can take a trip to the cinema of Paolo Sorrentino to discover the Curiosity and less known images of his films. The exhibition will be divided into three sections: Visions, in which you will admire summarizing and evocative photos of one of his films, The Work in which we will discover some backstage and phases La Notte, with images of scenes shot at night. All for a total of 30 photos.

Feast of the Tammorra
Penultimate appointment with the traveling festival of Tammorra which took place in various Campania municipalities starting from April. This weekend we will dance in S.Nicola La Strada (CE) always at the rhythm of tammorra. Popular dances and songs will also be an opportunity to rediscover and enhance popular traditions centuries old that even the youngest can learn to love. Music
Festival of the Baroque
Among the free events in Naples, the appointment with the musical review dedicated to classical music concerts continues. will be played by New Scarlatti Orchestra which, depending on the music, will be represented by one of its four formations, each with elements of different ages.
The concert on June 6 will take place in the Church of SS. Marcellino and Festus, in the suggestive Cloister of San Marcellino, and the Scarlatti Orchestra per Tutti will perform.

Another kermesse dedicated to classical music with artists of international caliber who will lull us with sweets notes of the piano. Each event is free admission subject to availability and pieces from a wide repertoire will be played.

Naples Bike Festival
The beloved appointment with the Naples Bike Festival returns to the Mostra d'Oltremare. Also this edition offers a rich program of events for adults and children, who will have fun with the many organisers' activities to choose from. On the Pump Truck, the modular track composed of humps and bends, will challenge their skills on the bike, but there will also be challenges competitive, cycle tourism with bike tours, acommercial area in which you can test folding bikes, pedal assist, tandem and much more.
The event will be opened by an inaugural ride that will lead all the participants in the Mostra d'Oltremare from Piazza Municipio and will invite them to create the biggest human bike ever existed, challenging the current Guinness of primates.

Happy Birthday Federico II with Jovanotti and Sorrentino
The Federico II University of Naples accomplishes 791 years and many events will be organized to celebrate it. All the faculties, the educational, museum and monumental poles will be open to the public who can attend conferences, concerts, awards, meetings and special events with great guests. In fact, they will be present Jovanotti, who will chat with the students on the 4 June, and the director Paolo Sorrentino who will receive the Laurea Honoris Causa.

Aperipark
