Palazzo Caracciolo in Naples hosts Pizzerias of Italy On Tour 2018: tastings with the best pizza chefs awarded by Gambero Rosso!
Il 20 September 2017 he arrives in Naples Pizzerias of Italy On Tour 2018, scheduled at Palazzo Caracciolo and in five pizzerias in Campania. Double date, therefore, that will see the best protagonists pizzaioli rewarded by Gambero Rosso in the Pizzerie d'Italia 2018 guide.
In the suggestive Palazzo Caracciolo will be proposed tastings of pizza at the cutting and at the plate. Masters from all over the country will alternate each with their own style, classic or creative. The event will then continue in some of the most famous pizzerias of the province of Naples and Caserta, on the same day.
Each of these will welcome one of the five award-winning masters, to offer the public the best of pizza Italian. The “home” pizza chef and the guest will thus try their hand at a four-handed experience. To attend the events is reservation required.
