After the news about the closure of the Vittoria Gallery another one arrives, discussed and always established in the same venue. The society E-Distribution SPA, to ensure an improvement of the distribution network, has planned a series of interventions for the replacement of a trunk of power line MT underground.
These works will be carried out along the road sections of Naples which they will be subject to extraordinary closures. These interventions are essential to guarantee a quality service to the community and to improve the reliability of the electricity grid. Let's see which roads are affected by the works as well as the closures.
List of closed streets in Naples
- From 06 / 02 / 2023 to 08 / 02 / 2023
- Via Pergolella Measles: In the section between number 10 and via Pasquale Scura the road will be closed to vehicular traffic, allowing access only to residents from the section between number 10 of via Pergolella Morbillo and Vico del Soccorso with two-way traffic with the 'help of moviers;
- From 09 / 02 / 2023 to 15 / 02 / 2023
- Via Pasquale Scura: The section between via Pasquale Scura and via del Formale will be closed to vehicular traffic. As an alternative route, it is proposed to deviate onto via Pergolella Morbillo, continue onto Vico del Soccorso, then onto via del Formale returning onto via Pasquale Scura;
- From 16 / 02 / 2023 to 23 / 02 / 2023
- Via Pasquale Scura: The section between via del Formale and via S. Liborio will be closed to vehicular traffic with the exception of residents. As an alternative route it is proposed, for those heading to Pignasecca, to continue to the crossroads with via R. a Portamedina with the help of movieri, take it all the way to the end and return onto via Pignasecca or turn onto via del Formale which it will have the opposite direction of travel;
- From 24 / 02 / 2023 to 22 / 02 / 2023
- Via S. Liborio: The stretch between via Pasquale Scura and via S. Liborio will be closed to vehicular traffic with the exception of residents. As an alternative route it is proposed, for those heading to Pignasecca, to continue as usual on via Pasquale Scura. For the entire duration of the works, the cars will be diverted to via del Formale for which the direction of travel will be reversed;
- From 23 / 03 / 2023 to 28 / 02 / 2023
- Sidewalk on the side of the church in Piazza Carità;
- From 29/03/2023 to 05/04/2023:
- Piazza Carità at the corner of via Pignasecca: In this section the construction site will proceed along the sidewalk and then enter the end part of via Pignasecca.
- From 10/04/2023 to 12/04/2023:
- Piazza Carità crossing via Toledo
- From 13/04/2023 to 14/04/2023:
- Via Toledo: In the section between Piazza Carità and the intersection with Via Monte dei Poveri Vergognosi, the works will take place inside a municipal tunnel through the sole opening of the existing manhole covers, therefore traffic will not undergo changes.
- From 17/04/2023 to 26/04/2023:
- Via Monte dei Poveri Gognosi: The stretch between via Toledo and vico Lungo del Gelso will be closed to vehicular traffic.
