To celebrate the name day and the 60th birthday of the unforgettable Pino Daniele, Naples will dedicate an entire day of events to him!
Thursday March 19 2015 it will be the day of St. Joseph, the Father's Day.
In the Neapolitan capital the celebration will be different, because the whole day will be dedicated to one of the most illustrious "sons of Naples", the unforgettable Pino Daniele.
In fact, on the same date, thename day and the 60esimo birthday of the recently deceased singer-songwriter. Therefore, for the occasion, the city will be covered with numerous events and initiatives.
We will start at 11: 00 hours at the Sala dei Baroni del Maschio Angioino, where Pino's family will receive 11 books containing the dedications of the citizens who, in January, visited the ashes.
Later, in the yard, 12: 30, will be staged "Je I'm close to you", the flash mob on the notes of the homonymous song, where all participants can freely play and sing together. We will continue at 18: 30, in the church of San Lorenzo Maggiore, with the Mass dedicated to the artist, honored through the "Stabat Mater" accompanied by Enzo Avitabile; while at 21: 30 the Mediterranean Theater of the Overseas Show it will become the scene of a great concert.
A great musical and commemorative evening that will perform the greatest friends of Pino Daniele: Enzo Avitabile, Francesco Baccini, Eugenio Bennato, Tony Cercola, Teresa De Sio, Gianni Guarracino, Pietra Montecorvino, Peppe Lanzetta and the writer Maurizio De Giovanni.
Finally, to join the special "happy birthday" of the Neapolitans, will also be le radio with the songs of the "Lazzaro Felice" transmitted at the underground stations, while the web radio Europhone will spread, every 30 minutes, the most beautiful songs of the "Black in half".
