The month of September 2018 will be very interesting in the Royal Palace of Caserta with extraordinary openings, visits to the apartments and the re-enactment of the first balloon flight.
September to Palace of Caserta 2018 promises to be a month full of unmissable commitments for all visitors. After a very satisfying August, various cultural activities will go on in one of the most evocative places in all of Campania. From the 2 30 to September, there will be no shortage of opportunities to experience the Royal Palace in one breath.
There will be several free entrances and evening openings on weekends for a really scary month of September, with the chance to visit several times the Historic Apartments, English garden and Royal Apartments. Furthermore, it will be possible to take part in various temporary exhibitions, such as the Human Fights Rights Lights by Umberto Ciceri starting from September 7th.
September at the Royal Palace of Caserta will end on 30 September with the historical re-enactment of the first balloon flight, dating back to 1789 inside the Royal Palace at the time of Ferdinand IV and Maria Carolina. This last initiative was organized in collaboration with the municipality of Fragneto Monforte, in the province of Benevento.

- From the 19.30 to the 22.30 extraordinary opening of the Reggia on the occasion of the European Heritage Days. Entry price 1 euro.
Sunday September 30th
- Reenactment of the first flight of the balloon at Palazzo Reale in 1789.
