In Naples the first place without labels: the original bar without a brand

A Napoli for the first time opened a so-called "without label", a bar where the way of conceiving the beer starts from innovative foundations and original. The protagonists of what we drink will no longer be labels and brands, which often attract us only for their fame, but liquors directly in all their quality, divided by categories and tastes.
How many times have we decided to indulge in a glass of whiskey or rum just because the reputation of the label is there imposed to do it? In this way, we don't always focus on the goodness of the content, that's why this new bar called "Raimondo Spirito Craftsman”Has decided to open its doors by proposing something new from an idea of Valentina Infantozzi, one of the partners.
The bar where sharing and sociability are at the center
"Raimondo Spirito Artigiano", in the historic center of Naples, offers only well selected products with great attention, free from labels and brands, in which only the content and its quality prevail. In fact, from the transparent bottles we can only see the content and nothing else.
As the creator of the project explains, Alberto Ferraro, the bottles:
are undressed from labels, so that only the content that, too often, is obscured by the power of the brand can be deduced. We purchase and select products available on the market, which meet our needs in conceptual and commercial terms; clearly keeping traceability and excise duties, we pour the aforementioned products into transparent bottles, labeling them with the taste (liqueurs) and / or the category (whiskey, Mezcal, etc)
The aim of his project is to get people to enter the bar to interact with others and also with the bar itself. You want to create a place of sociality and conviviality in what was previously an abandoned warehouse of 6 meters by 6 meters. A place that has now become welcoming, interesting, colorful and bright.
An environment essential made only with concrete, glass, wood and steel. The customer will not be influenced by the brands and will be able to enjoy the evening more fully.

The liqueurs of Raimondo Spirito Artigiano
In this original and innovative place, the liqueurs are made in a different way. For example, to make the gin techniques are exploited infusion, such as maceration and vacuum cooking, while for other spirits such as tequila e whiskey reference is made to more complex techniques, never stopping in the search for novelties and new elaborations.
Where is the bar
The restaurant is located in Via Giovanni Paladino, 16, in the historic center of Naples, a few steps from the Faculty of Political Sciences, but also those of Sociology and Natural Sciences.
