Afterhours in Naples, on July 23rd at the Arena Flegrea for the anniversary tour

Naples is preparing to host an unmissable event for lovers of Italian rock: the July 23th, 2025, Afterhours will go on stage at theArena Flegrea to celebrate i 20 Years of “Ballads for Little Hyenas”, an album that marked an era in Italian alternative music. The historic band led by Manuel Agnelli returns live with the original line-up of the album, in one of the most anticipated stages of the “Ballads For Little Hyenas – Tour 2025”, which will cross Italy with 19 dates between June and August.

An anniversary that makes history

Published in 2005, Ballads for Little Hyenas is an album that redefined the sound of Afterhours, with dark atmospheres, evocative lyrics and a sound imprint between alternative rock and post-punk. The album, produced in collaboration with John Parish, has consecrated the band in the national and international music scene.

For the occasion, in addition to the tour, a CD will be released special album reissue in spring, an exclusive edition that will allow fans to relive the emotions of a work that marked a generation.

Who will go on stage?

For this celebration, Manuel Agnelli brings together the historical formation that gave birth to the album:

  • Andrea Viti (Bass)
  • Dario Ciffo (violin, guitar)
  • George Prette (battery)

A return that promises to be a real live experience, between sonic power and emotional intensity, with a setlist that will include the iconic songs of the album, including The thin white line, Ballad for my little hyena e Bye Bye Bombay.
