Second day of the Al Faro Festival 2026, the event curated by Laura Valente for the City of Naples, transforming the Molo San Vincenzo into an open-air stage. Wednesday, July 29, 2026, features "In The Brain," a site-specific contemporary dance performance by Israeli choreographer Hofesh Shechter.

The dancers who take to the stage are Shechter II, the young company of the Hofesh Shechter Company, one of the most innovative in the international dance scene. “In The Brain” is an original choreographic and musical work created specifically for the Al Faro Festival.

The festival, now in its second year, offers six days of free performances from July 28th to August 2nd, all themed around the Mediterranean and the sea. The festival will continue in the following days with events such as “Sirene” with Donatella Di Pietrantonio (30 July), the concert-recital “Viento” with Canio Loguercio (31 July) and “Jesce sole”, the dawn concert on 2 August.
