An exhibition with the works of Andy Warhol, with free admission, inside the Vulcano Buono di Nola!
Le works by Andy Warhol return to our region and, after the exceptional success at the Pan a few months ago, some of his creations will be in free exhibition inside the Vulcano Buono of Nola from April to 18 17 May 2015.
Ben 40 works of the American artist will be exhibited for what will be an exhibition entitled "Andy Warhol in the City". It is a traveling exhibition that has already touched numerous other shopping centers in Italy, including Turin, Florence, Rome and Trieste. In the capital, at least one million visitors were able to admire some of the most beautiful works of the master of Pop Art.
Among his best known works will be exhibited Marilyn Monroe, Campbell's cans and Flowers flowers, as well as the covers of the magazine Interview Magazine, founded by Warhol himself. In addition, the show will also include some of the English band's record covers Rolling Stones and those of the Velvet Underground.
An initiative, this sort of tour in shopping centers, really interesting, which wants to spread the idea that art can also be used in places not traditionally assigned to it, such as a museum, and that even a shopping center can become a place of culture and discussion.
