At the PAN in Naples, new appointment with Animal Day, a day dedicated to animals and their rights

Il 15 January 2016 il PAN museum of Naples will host the event Animal Day, a day for discussion on the theme, dear to many by now, offeeding without animals. Tackling this topic is often heavy for many who do not yet fully understand its importance, which is why on Animal Day we will try to make the theme more usable with key testimonies and various activities.

Guests and activities

Very important witness of the Vegetarian diet he will be a seven-month-old baby with his mother, who has consciously chosen this type of life also with the help of the pediatrician Remo Rossi. A young entrepreneur will tell how difficult it is to affirm one vegan gastronomic reality. During the meeting, there will also be the presentation of a book whose theme is "eternal memory and love" by Ornella Zerlenga and, very important, a competition for prizes dedicated to schools, which will award the best literary piece written by students on the topic “Cruelty against animals”.

The police and the zoophile guard will explain to the boys the importance of report maltreatment on animals, while the canine association "La Voce del Cane" will teach them how it is possible, through the body, to communicate with dogs. Furthermore, from 13.00 to 16.00 videos on rescue interventions, projects and informative information in favor of animals will be shown.

The Animal Day project is aimed at people of all ages and 80 students from the Second University of Naples have contributed to the graphics, preparation and arrangement of projections and luminous writings inside the rooms.
