The event was worthy of the best detective films. At the Loreto Mare hospital in Naples, a previous offender Long wanted by the police, he was arrested during a visit to his hospitalized companion.

Eugenio Ganocci, 46, had been a fugitive since 2008 and has always concealed his identity using various false names and identity cards. For this reason, it was nicknamed "Lupine".

The police captured him by putting in place a real staging. While part of the police guarded all possible escape routes the rest had mingled among the hospital staff, wearing the clothes of nurses.
The arrest is the result of a long activity carried out by the Commissariat of San Giorgio a Cremano. A custody order was issued for aggravated theft.

Eugenio Ganocci was wanted by the name of Lupine

During these years, Ganocci was stopped once by police, presenting themselves with the name of Giovanni Iaforte. And even during his last attempt to get away with it, before the capture, he had said his name was Fabio Cariello. Currently he is in the prison of Poggioreale.
