The Artecinema Festival is back in Naples with many documentaries and shows on contemporary art with free admission
In Naples the appointment with contemporary art returns in the most prestigious Neapolitan theaters, the Artecinema festival. The event will take place from Thursday 11 to Sunday 14 October 2018 with film shows at Augusteo Theater and San Carlo. All entrances to the shows that will be held at the Teatro Augusteo are free of charge.
The festival, which received a medal of recognition from the President of the Republic, has been held every year since 1996 with the aim of making known to the general public contemporary art through documentaries on the artists and short films containing interviews or archival materials. The screenings will be in the original language with simultaneous translation in headphones and will be interspersed with meetings-debates with directors, producers and artists.
