BaccalàRe on the waterfront of Naples: salt cod festival with tastings and music
Great salt cod festival on the waterfront of Naples with BaccalaRè with tastings, music and entertainment!
From Thursday 18 May to Sunday 21 May 2017 the first edition of the event will take place "BaccalàRe"a whirlpool bath, feast of cod that has chosen the location as the Lungomare Caracciolo of Naples.
The protagonist of the event will be baccalà, a dish much loved by the Neapolitans who prepare it in different ways with tasty traditional recipes and more. You will discover nutritional virtues in relation to the Mediterranean diet.
In these four days space will be given to tasting of cod-based dishes, dinners, wine courses, seminars on the origins, conservation and preparation of cod. In addition there will be the participation of starred chefs and entertainment and live music with DJs and Radio Marte.
Among the protagonists of this greedy event, the most renowned clubs that prepare cod and fish in Naples, including the Baccalaria, Calabritto terrace and raw ... king.
