We leave the Arab atmosphere described last week and we return to a more local cuisine, albeit a little modified.
Let's talk about the place Biotic in Via Michelangelo Schipa, a restaurant already highlighted by us as one of the Best Vegetarian restaurants, even if it does not offer only this type of cuisine!
The local
The restaurant, clearly visible from Via Schipa, is cozy even if not very big. The furniture is very colorful and from the tables scattered in the room you can easily observe the activity of the chefs from open kitchen.
The menu
It reads from the site that this restaurant wants to propose a more way aware to taste the food, combining tradition with organic eating. The subdivision of the menu remains the traditional one and a special menu is added, "Our biotic menu", in which the proposed tastings are made strictly with organic foods and Km 0. There are many vegetarian dishes even if there is no lack of meat and fish dishes.
Offers
Are present lunch two quote very interesting. With 7.50 €, from Monday to Friday, instead of the usual fast food, you can enjoy a healthy buffet lunch, tasty and full of flavors. If you do not like the buffet formula, instead, with 12€ you can have the "chef's fixed menu", which varies from day to day and according to market availability.
Even going to dinner, with the à la carte menu you can spend an amount equal to 15 € taking a according to (we took a vegetarian burger) and one Dolce, in addition to covered, service and drinks.

Conclusions
This place is certainly suitable for both people vegetarians that celiac. We were very happy with our meal both for the quality and the mise-en-place of the dishes, both for the kindness of the staff. As for the offers, at lunch they are really buone, especially considering that summer is upon us and it never hurts to eat more Howdy for us and for the environment in which we live.
