The blockade of cars in Naples becomes more rigid in the first week of February 2016 due to the high air pollution!
Un new block to cars in Naples it has been decided by a municipal resolution and includes the days from 1 to 6 February 2016. The provision is added to the traffic block in the city expected until March 2016 and the cause is always to be found in the excessive levels of fine dust present in the air due to pollution.
The new ARPAC bulletins, in fact, have taken over the exceeding the PM10 limit in at least two control units to which a climatic condition favorable to their accumulation is added. For this reason, for the entire first week of February, the restriction of circulation will be stricter.
Basically, in the days from 1 to 6 February 2016 it will not circulate from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 19.30, considering the old ordinance which is valid until March to which the new ordinance extension order is added.
The latter in fact, provides, i following times in addition to the schedules of the ordinance already in force:
- Monday 1 February: from 16.30 to 19.30 hours;
9: 00 - 12: 30 / 14: 30 - 16: 30 - Tuesday 2 February: from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 19.30
- Wednesday 3 February: from hour to hour 16.30 19.30
9: 00 - 12: 30 / 14: 30 - 16: 30 - Thursday 4 February: from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 19.30
- Friday 5 February: from hour to hour 16.30 19.30
9: 00 - 12: 30 / 14: 30 - 16: 30 - Saturday 6 February: from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 19.30

In derogation from the prohibition cars that transport people with disabilities equipped with appropriate cards can circulate, electric vehicles, a LPG and methane, cars Euro 4 and later and those with at least 3 people on board (excluding euro 0 and euro 1).
