Bukies, Piero Armenti's restaurant opens in Aversa. Address, date and what to eat

After gaining millions of followers with My Trip to New York, Piero Armenti lands in Aversa together with Jana Italy Food Porn and to the entrepreneur Bruno Sculli with a new adventure in the real world: Bukies Burger & Cookies, a place designed to bring the real to Italy american street food.

Three partners, three different worlds that meet: Armenti, a born communicator, with one foot in Manhattan and the other in Campania; Jana, one of the most followed food influencers in Italy; Sculli, a long-time restaurateur. Together they have built a format that promises to become a destination for burger and pop culture enthusiasts.

What do you eat at Bukies?

The heart of the menu is the smash burger, having a secret recipe signed by Piero Armenti, imported directly from New York. We are talking about hamburgers "flattened" on the grill, cooked with American technique and served on potato bun, with cheddar, bacon and Bukies sauce. The portions range from M to XXL. There are also alternatives such as the Chicken burger with fried thigh and the Veggie Burger with fake meat. To complete the offer: antipasti (chips, chicken wings, crispy fillets), extra sauces handcrafted and a selection of American cookies in five variations (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa chocolate, caramel chocolate, white chocolate). A cuisine designed to be tasty, fast, shareable on social media and deeply linked to a pop imagery.

When does it open?

The official opening of Bukies is scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 19:00 p.m.. It will be a real opening party with the presence of the founders, already protagonists of an intense social campaign that has created anticipation and mystery around the project, between teaser videos, spoilers and misleading geolocations. Now that everything is revealed, fans are ready to line up for the first taste.
