Napoli Transfer Market: TMW slams the Azzurri: 4, the lowest rating in Serie A

The summer transfer window has ended and the first verdicts are in. Tuttomercatoweb's report card doesn't spare Napoli : a 4 , the lowest rating of any Serie A team. The Azzurri are described as "practically immobile on the market."

Criticisms of Napoli's transfer market

According to TMW's report card, the arrivals of Favasuli and Badiashile "aren't enough" for a club aiming for the top. The Azzurri squad, according to the specialized website's analysis, is struggling especially in attack.

A top-level striker is desperately needed : Lucca "doesn't offer much promise," while Hojlund will have to shoulder the weight of the entire attacking department. An important assistant, TMW emphasizes, "needed to be acquired."

The votes of the other teams

At the top of the TMW report card are Roma and Como , both with 8 : the two "queens" of the transfer market. Atalanta also makes the podium with 7,5 , thanks to late signings like Kessié and Rowe.

Inter and Milan (7) also did well, as did Fabiani's Lazio (7). Genoa (5) and Bologna (5) did poorly, while Fiorentina stopped at 6,5 after the sale of Kean on the last day.

Napoli, with its 4 , closes the TMW report card as the team with the worst transfer market in Serie A. The pitch, as always, will have the final say.
