The President of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca has decided to extend the order already in force concerning theobligation to wear a mask , sale of alcoholic beverages.
The previous ordinance was due to expire at the end of August, while the new one will be valid from 1 to 30 September 2021.
All the rules already communicated previously are taken up, which we will now reread in detail.
Obligation to wear a mask even outdoors
The regional ordinance provides forobligation to wear the mask even outdoors in any situation in which interpersonal distancing cannot be guaranteed or when gatherings and crowds are formed.
The obligation is valid in all places not isolated as they can be urban centers, squares, promenades especially in the evening or in moments of gathering, in the markets, during queues and queues even outdoors. Of course, there is also an obligation on outdoor public transport such as ships, ferries and boats.
Sale of alcoholic beverages
What has already been foreseen has been extended from hour to hour 22.00 6.00:
- ban on sales with take-away of alcohol by all businesses such as bars, pizzerias, kiosks, chalets, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and wineries
- ban on the sale of alcohol through vending machines
- prohibition of consuming alcohol in public areas and open to the public, including the areas in front of shops, villas, squares and municipal parks
- bars, wine bars, small bars, kiosks, chalets, pastry shops, wineries, pubs, ice cream parlors can sell alcohol only at the counter or tables
- prohibition of gathering and crowding in public places or places open to the public to consume any food
