Campania remains in the orange zone: the new order of De Luca

De Luca's new ordinance keeps Campania in the orange zone and provides for restrictions on the sale of alcohol.

The Crisis Unit of the Campania Region has decided not to change the color of our Region which, therefore, will remain orange until 23 December e it will not pass in the yellow band, as decided by the Government.

The President Vincenzo De Luca has issued a new regional ordinance provides that Campania does not change color at midnight between 19 and 20 December 2020. In addition, it also provides for new, more stringent restrictions.

The red zone starts on December 24th according to the DPCM.

Here's what changes.

Campania in the orange zone: the new ordinance

  • the bars, as usual, are open until 18.00, but in addition the ban on selling alcohol from 11.00 in the morning
  • throughout the day there is the ban on consuming food and drinks, even non-alcoholic, in public areas and open to the public, including villas and municipal parks
  • all businesses are obliged to measure the temperature and forbid entry if it exceeds 37,5 °
  • in the orange area you cannot leave your own common of residence except for work, health and urgency reasons with self-certification
  • gyms, swimming pools and sports centers are closed as well as museums, theaters and cinemas
  • i shops are open, while the shopping centers are closed on holidays and days before holidays
  • il curfew it's at 22.00pm
