If you are passionate about cycling and tourism then you absolutely cannot miss the new national cycling itinerary Carditello Reale, that from 31 July to 7 August 2021, riding your bike will allow you to discover two of the real sites in Italy.
The second edition of the event will last 7 days and will allow participants to cross well 5 Italian regions, with 8 stages e 970 km of track.
The special project will connect, in a symbolic way, the two real sites: the Royal Palace of Monza , Palace of Carditello leading you to the discovery of villages, trails and paths really only and wonderful present on our territory.
The agreement between the Royal Palace of Carditello and the Royal Palace of Monza
By virtue of this collaboration, the Villa Reale and Parco di Monza Consortium has signed a agreement with the Royal Palace of Carditello which includes the collaboration between the two royal sites on the promotion of tourism and the organization of events that they are in common between the two Palaces, just like in the case of this beautiful cycling event.
This is a very important memorandum of understanding in view of the programming cycle 2021-2027 of European cohesion policy. Furthermore, the exchange of experiences and ideas with such a prestigious site can only help to improve the proposal of events and other initiatives, also affecting social inclusion.
Royal Carditello 2021
With the new edition of Carditello Reale you can get to know the Royal Palace of Monza which hosts the famous racetrack in Lombardy and the marvelous Royal Palace of Carditello in Caserta which instead hosts the suggestive one racecourse.
The 5 Italian regions that will be crossed during this 970 km journey will be the Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Lazio and Campania.
The path
It will start on July 31st with a special 20 km ride along the Monza circuit, followed by a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello.
We will continue towards Imola, Chianti, Val d'Orcia, Tuscia and Rome, passing through Lake Nemi and the Isola Liri Waterfall, to then reach the final stage on the 7th of August Real site of Carditello.
