Sottencoppa – Neapolitan Sonic Carnival: Music and Shows

From 28 February at 4 March, the third edition of Sottencoppa – Neapolitan Sonic Carnival will enliven Piazza Mercato and the Church of Santa Croce and Purgatory al Mercato. The event, promoted by City of Naples, will offer a rich programme of concerts, workshops and artistic performances, bringing Neapolitan music and culture to the center of the stage.

The initiative represents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the sonic traditions of Naples, with local and international artists ready to make the city vibrate with engaging rhythms and cultural suggestions.

Masaniello's Carnival: between history and masks

Domenica 2 March, always in Piazza Mercato, the Masaniello's Carnival, an event designed for children and families. Organized byAssociation ASSO.GIO.CA with the support of the territorial network of Goldsmiths Market Forum, the initiative will unite historical reenactment and contemporary costumes, celebrating the figure of Masaniello in a festive and engaging way.

It will be a perfect moment to discover the history of the city through art and play, with activities that will involve the little ones in creative workshops and masked parades.
