2019 Carnival in Herculaneum: lots of fun guaranteed with games, children's entertainment and masked parades!
Sunday 3 March 2019 the city of Herculaneum, in the province of Naples, is preparing to host the 2019 Carnival festivities, an event that sees the citizens as protagonists.
It is a fantastic event organized by the Nuovo Progetto Ercolano APS Association, under the guidance of its President Ciro Santoro and financed by over 66 local and extraterritorial companies. Sunday is full of events in fact in the program there are the parade of "Allegorical floats" creations of the Bottega d'Arte Cav. Todisco.
And then again street artists, music and the activities of the Onda Association, Ludobus, Noi Insieme, Libertas Vesuvio, the Coop, play activities by the Youth of the SS Rosario and the attractions of the Verdi brothers and then parades with the participation of various dance schools such as Herculaneum Ballet, Rosy Dance and Danza & Danza.
There will also be the opportunity to go shopping in the stretch of road affected by the event, therefore Corso Italia and Piazza Trieste, and the opportunity to visit the excavations of Herculaneum for free on the first Sunday of the month.
