The Chestnut Festival 2019 in Summonte will offer the great opportunity to enjoy many delicacies typical of the Irpinia area and to enjoy moments of entertainment and show!
Also this year there will be aedition of the Chestnut Festival in Summonte, near Avellino, in the days 19 and 20 October. This particular event is highly anticipated each year as it gives residents and eventual tourists the opportunity to enjoy many specialties of the area and to have fun with dancing and good music.
The event will be held during a weekend and will start on Saturday at 18 with very good tastings both of desserts and of typical dishes of this beautiful place like for example the ballotte. Obviously they will not miss roasted chestnuts, protagonists of the festival, and also during the evening there will be so much good music to cheer the visitors of this interesting review!
The next day instead the initiatives will start in the morning, towards the 9 and 30 approximately, with some excursions and guided tours to discover the wonders of this charming village, in addition to beautiful and regenerating walks in the chestnut wood and in the woods.
Around thelunch time will open the food stands and the real party will start that will last until late in the evening!
