Bianco Natale is the second edition of the Christmas festival in Pimonte, with markets, Nativity Scene and many live shows
Also the Municipality of PIMONTE prepares for Christmas celebrations, organizing the second edition of White Christmas in the frame of the Monti Lattari.
The event is organized with the patronage of the Campania Region, the Province of Naples, the Monti Lattari Mountain Community, the Monti Lattari Park and with the collaboration of numerous parishes and associations operating in the area.
The Municipality, with this event, aims to attract a good number of tourists in a period, the winter, in which the average of the same usually drops. All visitors, however, will be attracted by the particular markets that will be set up and by the fascinating Living Nativity which will take place in the quaint village.
First of all, as early as December 7, the Christmas tree in Piazza Roma was lit with an opening ceremony that also included the lighting of the Bonfire of the Immaculate Conception. From the following day, however, the Living Nativity Scene in the Lavatoi Valley and the Christmas Markets in the "Magical Valley".
Although this is just the second edition of Bianco Natale, the Living Nativity has now reached the nineteenth with its proven path of 1km in the Lavatoio Valley that catapults those present into the atmosphere of the Nativity of two thousand years ago.
The markets, on the other hand, are transformed into a real enchanted garden in which both local crafts and food and wine products find space, as happens for many others markets of Naples and the province o those in the rest of Campania.
But the festival does not end here: it will in fact be accompanied by a series of other events, both recreational and educational, which include live music, shows and cultural activities. All can be visited by tourists in various stages, thanks to a shuttle service that will transport it to the various villages of Pimonte where an event is organized and where you can taste typical local products.
