Cilentart Fest 2026, the sixth edition brings Dardust, Massimiliano Gallo, and Massimo Lopez to Cilento.

The Cilentart Fest , the widespread festival organized by the Teatro Pubblico Campano with the support of the Campania Region and the Ministry of Culture, returns from August 1 to 12, 2026. This sixth edition confirms the formula that has made the event famous: twelve days of theater, music, performances, and workshops in the most charming villages of Cilento.

the municipalities involved

The network expands compared to the past: Pollica and Bellosguardo are added to the already featured municipalities— Moio della Civitella, Perito, Agropoli, San Giovanni a Piro, Trentinara, and Gioi . The route traverses the coast and inland areas, highlighting locations far from the major entertainment circuits but rich in identity and history. The hamlets of Pioppi, Scario, Cardile, and Acciaroli will host some of the most evocative events.

Star guests: from Dardust to Massimo Lopez

The musical program features Dardust as its star , presenting “Urban Impressionism (piano solo)” in Agropoli on August 4th , an immersive journey through electronics, piano, and visuals. The evening will open with the Cilento band Yes Daddy Yes . Other musical events include live performances by Gabriele Esposito, Walter Ricci, Dutty Beagle, and La Carovana , as well as the evocative dawn concerts in Agropoli (August 5th with Gianni Denitto and Alessandro D'Alessandro), Scario (August 8th with Francesca Del Duca), and Trentinara (August 9th with The Niro).

On the theater front, big names in the Italian contemporary scene: Massimiliano Gallo brings "Letter to Eduardo" (August 9 in San Giovanni a Piro), Massimo Lopez closes the festival on August 12 in Agropoli with his show combining comedy and music. Filippo Nigro presents the award-winning "Every Brilliant Thing," Paola Minaccioni offers "Is Life Beautiful? No, It's a Type" (August 7 in Trentinara), and Mimmo Borrelli performs "Il Gelo" (August 3 in Perito). Rounding out the lineup are Peppino Mazzotta with "Radio Argo Suite" and Vincenzo Comunale with stand-up comedy.

Contemporary languages ​​and training

The festival confirms its focus on experimental languages: Anna Basti takes classical dance beyond conventional venues with "Le classique c'est chic!", Circo Zoé presents "Interlude site-specific," and La Baracca dei Buffoni enlivens Bellosguardo's evenings with traveling shows. La Mansarda Teatro dell'Orco hosts family programming with "Baccanalia" and "Ivo e Otto."

Cilento Lab , the residential project curated by PoEM, led by maestro Gabriele Vacis and Lorenzo Tombesi , is also back . The workshop focuses on attention, awareness, and the construction of new relationships between individuals, communities, and the surrounding territory.
