Closed the Aosta Cavalleggeri station of the 2 metro line in Naples for extraordinary works

Metro line 2 Naples

The Aosta Cavalleggeri station of the 2 line of Naples will be closed for a few days to allow maintenance work.

The Ferrovie dello Stato have communicated that the Cavelleggeri Aosta station of the subway line 2 di Napoli will be closed from 13 to 16 October 2017 to allow some necessary work.

Specifically, the stop will be inaccessible from 18.00 hours on Friday 13 October to 4.00 on Monday morning 16 October so that the workers can devote themselves to the extraordinary maintenance interventions that are scheduled. Indeed, the stairs will be completely redone that allow access to the system.

Therefore, we point out that in the Cavalleggeri Aosta station there will be no trains that will stop. Travelers will be properly informed in time through posters in the stations and inside the trains, but also with announcements at the station and notices on the on-board displays.

Recall, instead, that the 13 October there will be the strike of Cumana, Circumvesuviana, metro from Naples to Aversa and trains to Benevento and Piedimonte.
