At the Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples the appointment with Comicon 2018 is renewed: here is the new poster for this year!
From 28th April al 1 May 2018 the appointment with the Comicon. A Overseas Fair the twentieth edition of the event will be celebrated in Naples, which certainly cannot be missed by the most fans of games and comics.
Magister this year is Lorenzo Mattotti, excellence in comics and in the illustration that created the original manifesto of the edition. The theme of the manifesto is the figure of Pulcinella reworked in a modern and psychedelic way, just to get away from the stereotype of the superhero that was generally used, getting closer to a character of Neapolitan culture and tradition.
Lorenzo Mattotti had been dedicated an exhibition during the first edition of the fair and will be the protagonist of the exhibition Following the Traces to be held at Villa Pignatelli from 8 April to 27 May.
During the Comicon new spaces will be used at the Mostra d'Oltremare e Castel dell'Ovo will host the exhibition Twenty years of Comics in Italy 1998 - 2018, which will tell the evolution of the Ninth Art in our country. Comicon, therefore, is an event that has been repeated for twenty long years, in fact it was the October 2, 1998 when Castel Sant'Elmo opened its doors to host the fair dedicated to comics and animation.
