COMICON Swap, the service to resell and buy SOLD OUT tickets arrives
Da Monday 15 April 2025, COMICON launches COMICON Swap, the new service of secondary ticketing designed for those who have purchased a ticket or a season ticket but will not be able to attend the festival. A secure, transparent platform managed directly by COMICON to ensure the passage of tickets in a regular and controlled manner.
What is COMICON Swap?
COMICON Swap is the official channel for resell tickets and season tickets unused and allow other fans to attend even when tickets are sold out. Just log in to ticket.comicon.it, enter your purchase details and upload the ticket to be put on sale.
The system is designed to ensure security and transparency both for sellers and buyers. All tickets on sale through COMICON Swap have been previously purchased on the official platform and are checked before being released back into circulation.
How to sell or buy tickets?
To sell a ticket already purchased:
- Go up ticket.comicon.it
- Enter the payment order code (format XXX-0000-XXX-0000) received from Nexi at the time of purchase
- Enter theEmail used for order
- Once the data has been verified, you can put the ticket back on sale
To purchase a ticket available via Swap:
- Access the platform and check the available tickets
- Purchase your ticket as you normally would, with the guarantee that it has been validated by COMICON
