City of Naples competition: how to participate, requirements, what to study and dates

The Municipality of Naples has launched a new competition which provides for the recruitment of various employees, both graduates and high school graduates without age limits. The hiring will take place by December 2022 and the duties will expire in December 2023, except for further extensions. Let's see in detail all the information.

How to participate

To apply for the Municipality of Naples competition it will be necessary to connect to the site Selection portal, for profiles for graduates and graduates by 29 November 2021 at 12:00. While for the call for 30 executives, the application can be submitted by 3 December 2021.

The places made available to citizens are 123 and they are all temporary, obviously you can apply for 1 only of the profiles offered. In case of presentation of more applications, the last one sent in chronological order will be valid.

Participation requirements

To compete for non-executive profiles, you will have to possess 1 of the following qualifications based on the type of position you are applying for:

By IDATD Code, Administrative Executive Instructor cat. D1: First level university diploma, Master's degree (LM-DM 270/04), Specialized degree (LS - DM 509/99), Degree diploma awarded in accordance with the university system prior to the DM 3 November 1999 n. 509 in Law or Economics and Commerce or equivalent.
For ASSTD Code, Social worker cat.D1: One of the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Bachelor's Degree in class 6, Social Service Sciences (DM 509/1999) or in class L-39 Social Service (DM 270/2004), Master's or Specialist Degree in the class 57 / S. Planning and management of social policies and services (DM 509/1999), Master's Degree in class LM-87, Social services and social policies (DM270 / 2004). The position requires also registration in the professional register of social workers.
By INFTD code, IT Executive Instructor cat.D1: First level university degree or Master's degree (LM - DM 270/04) or Specialized degree (LS - DM 509/99) or Degree diploma awarded in accordance with the university system prior to Ministerial Decree 3 November 1999 n. 509, in computer science, computer engineering, electronics or equivalent.
For ARCTD code, Architect Director Instructor cat.D1: Master's degree if obtained with the university system provided for by Ministerial Decree 509/1999, in architecture or equivalent. The position requires enrollment in the register of architects.
By INGTD code, Executive Instructor Engineer cat. D1: Master's degree in engineering in the classes: LM-4 Architecture and building engineering architecture, LM-23 Civil engineering, LM-24 Building systems engineering, LM-26 Security engineering, LM-35 Environmental and territorial engineering or degree specialization (LS) in engineering, in the classes: 4S Architectural engineering, 28S Civil engineering, 38S Environmental and territorial engineering or a five-year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or Environmental and territorial engineering. By AMMTD code: Administrative Instructor cat. C1: a five-year high school diploma that allows enrollment in a university faculty. For qualifications obtained abroad at the time of recruitment, the competent authorities will issue the provision of equivalence of the qualification held, as required by art. 38 of Legislative Decree n. 165/2001.
By GEOTD code: Surveyor cat. C1: Second degree secondary education diploma of: surveyor, industrial building expert, Construction, Environment and Territory, or other equivalent diploma that allows enrollment in a university faculty. The position requires the qualification to exercise the profession of surveyor.

The tests

Once the application has been submitted, the competition will be divided into two tests, or one pre-selection test based on qualifications which takes into account the vote of the qualifications held and the relative qualifications and one written test.

The latter will have a duration of 45 minutes and will consist of 30 multiple choice questions on the English language, on knowledge of the use of the most used computer equipment and applications and obviously on the individual topics relating to the position for which you are competing.

I scores are the following:

Each wrong answer: -0.25 points
Any omitted answer: 0

The minimum score to pass the test is 21/30 and currently the presence of a database is not specified. The test will take place in the seat of the Teatro Tenda al Palapartenope, in via Barbagallo 115, on 21, 22 and 23 December 2021.
