The Call for the new Asia contest in Naples it will be published the 27 June 2022, as established by the resolution approved by the Board of Asia. Naturally, the announcement will indicate all the requirements to participate and which tests must be taken.
The competition provides for recruitment, including through apprenticeship contracts, of 500 full-time and permanent ecological operators.

When the call expires
The deadline for registration is 27 July, that is the deadline of the call, up to 23.59 hours.
Who can participate
Adult citizens who have a primary school diploma , driving license A or B.
The rankings are also foreseen
The announcement also provides for the creation of a ranking of suitable candidates from which we will draw for "for the possible hiring of permanent staff, professionalizing apprenticeship with full time service, for the professional profile of"
- Sweeping area workers, collection, protection and decoration of the territory. Professional classification: Level J CCNL Environmental Services Utilitalia (300 units);
- First level of contractual framework for professionalizing apprenticeship CCNL Environmental Services Utilitalia (200 units)
What are the subjects and tests
The selection of operators will be made by qualifications and exams. There will be one written test with multiple choice test with 50 questions to be done in 50 minutes. Each question has three answers, only one of which is correct.
They will be awarded:
- 1 point to each correct answer;
- 0 points to the answers not given;
- -0,50 points to the wrong answers. To pass the written test, candidates must obtain a mark of at least 30/50 (thirty / fiftieth). Failure to pass the written test will result in exclusion from the continuation of the present procedure (evaluation of qualifications).
To pass the test you need to get at least 30/50 points. Those who pass the test will undergo the evaluation of qualifications.
The exam subjects
Here are the following:
- General culture
- Basic notions of environmental hygiene, waste management and separate collection (General notions on waste management, Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments)
- Basics of safety at work (Principles of safety at work, Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments)
- Rights and duties of workers (Elements of labor law: in particular the duties of the employee and the failure to comply with the aforementioned)
- Elements of the highway code (Legislative Decree 285/1992 and subsequent amendments - Law 120/2010 and subsequent amendments).
Evaluation of educational qualifications
The qualifications will give the right to a maximum of 15 points and here is how they will be evaluated:
- previous experience in the sector (max 5 points)
- license C or higher, CQC (max 5 points)
- acceleration Unemployed / unemployed (max 5 points)
Where and when the rehearsals will take place
Rehearsals for this competition will take place in the Mostra d'Oltremare in Fuorigrotta in September and the databases with the simulations of the quizzes will be published between the end of June and the beginning of July.
