Guests, prizes and an original tribute to Pino Daniele in the concert for the 2016 Epiphany in Naples!

On January 4 2016, at the Mediterranean Theater of Naples, the Concert for the Epiphany 2016 entitled My lands, conceived and promoted by the association Oltre il Chiostro onlus of Naples, edited by the association Music from the world and produced by Melos International.
The themes that will characterize this edition will be the migration e eco-sustainability. Both, in fact, represent a growing concern, especially in this difficult historical moment in which humanity is threatened by religious fundamentalisms and fanaticisms, as well as by environmental pollution.
The most significant moment of the event will be one orchestral re-reading of the song of Pino Daniele, entrusted to Enzo Avitabile, "My land", Which will emphasize the concept of identity and common home. Other guests will also be the Piazza Vittorio Orchestra, Sarah Jane Morris and Hindi Zahra.
Furthermore, the prize will be awarded to two personalities who have distinguished themselves in the cultural and social field "Nativity in the world".
The recording of the evening, however, will be broadcast on Wednesday 6 January at 9,35 on Rai Uno.
