Free Christmas Concerts with Bagnoli… Music changes. Program and dates

From 4 December 2024 to 3 January 2025, the Bagnoli district is transformed into an exceptional musical stage with the second edition of “Bagnoli… the tune is changing”. The initiative, promoted by the City of Naples and from Government Commissioner for Bagnoli, In collaboration with the 'Academy of Santa Sofia, offers a series of top-level Christmas concerts at the “La Porta del Parco” Auditorium.

All events are free, but it is necessary reservation requiredThe artistic direction is entrusted to the maestro Philip Zigante, who curated a varied program, capable of ranging from classical music, jazz and Neapolitan tradition.

What is the concert schedule?

Here is the complete concert schedule:

• Wednesday 4 December, 20pm
  The violinist Viktoria Mullova and the pianist Alasdair Beatson inaugurate the review with a program dedicated to Bach, Beethoven e Schubert, promising a refined and virtuous start.
• Thursday 12 December, 20pm
  The Singers of Posillipo, directed by the master Gaetano Raiola, present the concert “The Neapolitan song”, a journey through the musical masterpieces of the Neapolitan tradition.
• Wednesday 18 December, 20pm
  Singer Alma Manera, together withUmberto Aucone & BB Orchestra, brings to the stage “Crossover – The Magic of Music Without Borders”, mixing jazz and timeless melodies.
• Friday 20 December, 20:30 pm
  La Tribunal Mist Jazz Band offers a varied repertoire that includes pieces by Gershwin, piazzola, Carosone e Lucio Dalla.
• Sunday 22nd December, 20pm
  Raoul & Swing Orchestra They will make the audience vibrate with overwhelming rhythms and a repertoire that promises pure entertainment.
• Thursday, January 2, 2025, 20:30 p.m.
  The new year opens with Pino DeMaio and the show “Lo Cunto de 'this new song”, an immersion in Neapolitan stories and melodies.
• Friday 3 January 2025, 20pm
  THEChamber Orchestra Academy of Santa Sofia closes the review with "Fireworks", proposing works by great composers such as Strauss, Tchaikovsky e Bizet.
