Free concert in Naples in Piazza del Plebiscito with Anna Tatangelo. March 7, 2025

Napoli is preparing to celebrate the International Women's Day with a high-impact musical event. Friday 7 March 2025, Piazza del Plebiscito will be transformed into a stage open to all, with a free concert that combines music and social commitment. An opportunity to reflect, through the notes and words of the artists, onwomen's empowerment, gender equality and the fight against all forms of discrimination. The event, entitled “Beautiful Like This”, takes its name from the famous song by Federica Carta and Chadia Rodriguez, symbol of acceptance and uniqueness.

The concert for March 8th

The initiative is promoted by Campania region with the support of Scabec Spa, and will see the participation of thousands of students from high schools across the region. The day will begin with a student flash mob, a moment of aggregation and demonstration in which young people will dance and sing to raise awareness on the issue of women's rights. Immediately after, the square will welcome some of the most representative voices of the Italian music scene, ready to give the public an unforgettable experience.

Who will go on stage?

Three prominent artists will be the protagonists of the day:

• Federica carta: A singer-songwriter with a delicate but powerful timbre, she has made her music a vehicle for messages of inclusion and respect. Her song “Beautiful Like This”In partnership with Chadia Rodríguez, has become an anthem to the beauty of uniqueness and self-awareness.
• Ste: Emerging artist, originally from Caserta but with Nigerian roots, carries forward with her contemporary sound a message of freedom and authenticity, representing the new generations.
• Anna Tatangelo: One of the most recognizable voices of Italian pop, always committed to raising awareness on social issues and defending women's rights.

There will also be on stage Marisa Laurito, an icon of theatre and television, who with her charisma and passion has decided to join the cause, bringing a message of closeness and support to the new generations.

The day will end with a speech by President of the Campania Region, Vincenzo De Luca.

Where and when it takes place

The appointment is for Friday March 7 2025, beginning at 11:00, in the splendid setting of Piazza del Plebiscito. The entrance is Loano train station and open to all, with a large participation expected among students, citizens and tourists.
