Kiss Kiss Concert in Naples, Roads Closed on May 31st
On the occasion of the free concert Kiss Kiss, scheduled Saturday May 31 2025 in piazza del Plebiscito, the Municipality of Naples has arranged a temporary circulation device. The intervention aims to guarantee safety, order and efficient management of flows for one of the most anticipated events of the Neapolitan summer.
Road closures and parking bans: dates and times
Traffic restrictions will begin from 00:01 on Friday 30 May and they will be valid until the needs cease on May 31st, also extending to the hours following the concert. During this period the prohibition of stopping and parking with forced removal in the following streets:
- Piazza Trieste and Trento
- Via San Carlo
- Via Vittorio Emanuele III
- Caroline square
- Via Giovanni Serra
- Page Ramps
- Via Cesario Console
The bans do not apply to vehicles authorised for Custom H seats.
From 16pm bus stops and taxi ranks change
Starting from 16:00 on Saturday 31 May, further changes will be implemented:
- Suspension of the stop area for urban buses in via San Carlo and via Cesario Console.
- Suspension of taxi areas in Piazza Carolina and Via San Carlo.
The service will be coordinated by Local Police and from Technical manager of the event, who will also take care of restoring normality at the end of the event.

THEPublic Security Authority reserves the right to change times and measures based on the progress of the event. The Local Police may adopt extraordinary measures to guarantee the safety and correct conduct of the event.
