Contribution for autonomous accommodation Pozzuoli. How to apply, what it is and who can apply for it

Following the seismic swarm that began on March 13, 2025 in the Pozzuoli area, the Civil Protection Department has declared the state of national mobilization to deal with the emergency. Among the first measures adopted, the Municipality of Pozzuoli has activated the procedure to request the contribution for independent accommodation, intended for families forced to leave their homes due to eviction orders or declarations of uninhabitability.

What is the contribution for independent accommodation?

It is a monthly financial support aimed at citizens who, due to an earthquake, are temporarily unable to live in their own home. The contribution is used to cover the costs of independent accommodation, for example in a rented home or with relatives.

The contribution is expected for:

• who is the recipient of aeviction order;
• who received a declaration of uninhabitability of the property.

The provision ends when the home is declared habitable again.

How to apply for the grant

Starting from March 28, 2025 at 18 pm, it is possible to submit the application online mode only, through the website of the Municipality of Pozzuoli:

• Access the homepage of the site https://comune.pozzuoli.na.it
• Go to the section “Online applications”
• Alternatively, access the form directly: https://portaleservizi.comune.pozzuoli.na.it/portal/servizi/moduli/131/modulo

Access is permitted via SPID o CIE (Electronic Identity Card). Those who do not have these credentials can:

• Get help from an acquaintance with SPID/CIE
• Contact a Tax Assistance Center (CAF)

Warning: even if you log in with someone else's credentials, the form must always be filled in with the applicant's data.

Practical guide to completing the online form

1. Register on the portal, entering all the requested data.
2. Request accreditation for the area “Modules”.
3. Once registered, access the section “My requests” to view and complete the form.
4. You can save your application as a draft and return to it later.

The questions submitted with other methods they will not be accepted.

How much is the contribution?

The amount is calculated on the basis of the composition of the family unit:

• €400 for families with 1 person
• €500 for families with 2 people
• €700 for families with 3 people
• €800 for families with 4 people
• €900 for families with 5 or more people

There is a additional bonus of €200 per month for each component with age over 65 years or with certified disability (at least 67%).

The contribution will be paid monthly, in arrears, through Bank transfer.
