The self-certification form that relates to the movements of Italian citizens in full Coronavirus emergency changes again.

A few days after the release of the latest update of the self-certification form Yet another revision has been ordered, inspired by the latest provisions implemented by the government.

The new form

The same police chief Francesco Gabrielli has communicated that with the continuous change of the measures requested by the government it is essential that the self-certification forms are also updated.

In this latest modernization in addition to the usual declaration that they have not been subjected to quarantine and that they are not positive to Coronavirus, it self-certifies that it is aware of the measures arranged not only nationally but also regionally.

On this new self-certification form  some situations of need that are considered valid for a move are also indicated, such as the return from abroad, the obligations of custody of minors or assistance to the disabled.

The penalties

A reference to sanctions that will be no longer criminal, but only administrative fines aimed at those who do not respect the laws.

Therefore, the sanction provided for by art. 650 of the penal code, but will be provided administrative penalties and a payment of A fine which can range from 400 to 3000 euros.

The same Gabrielli he said you have to be strict, but also try to humanly understand citizens which are often targeted by new and continuous national and regional provisions.
