Exhibition “Eduardo. The Comic Theater” in Naples to celebrate Eduardo De Filippo
A Forty years since the death of Eduardo De Filippo, Naples celebrates its legacy with the exhibition Eduardo. Comic Theater, inaugurated on 20th November al Pio Monte della Misericordia. The event, promoted by the Italian School of Comix, takes up a project of Domenico Corrado who adapted Eduardo's comedies into the format comic, a pioneering initiative for the Southern Italy. The exhibition is divided into three sections: the first dedicates space to “The mayor of the Health District“, the second one presents twelve panels illustrated and the third one displays the original comics. Among the collaborators are Alessandro Nespolino, Raul and Gianluca Cestaro, and other cartoonists.
