Covid and Green Pass: the new rules for traveling in Italy and abroad

Green pass

As part of the health emergency from Coronavirus, the European Commission has decided to revise e change some rules concerning the Green Pass, or the green certification that certifies the successful vaccination or the result of a negative swab.

The new rules concern the destinations of the sea, the mountains and cities of art. Let's see them in detail.

European Green Pass: the duration

The new rules will probably also include changes regarding the European Green Pass, in fact, currently the one obtained with the vaccination has no expiry date, while the one that certifies the cure has a validity of 6 months after the last test with a positive result.

The one for the vaccinated it could be valid for 9 months but you are considering adopting the "2G" model for those coming from the red or dark red regions, in this case the certification would be valid only for the vaccinated and recovered and consequently it will no longer be enough to have only the swab to be able to move.
