Cumana, Circumvesuviana and EAV lines: timetables and changes from 4 May

Remodeling of railway services in Campania starting from phase 2 of the Coronavirus emergency!

With the beginning of the so-called recovery phase, in the context of the Coronavirus emergency, and in accordance with the provisions of the DPCM OF 26 April, starting from Monday 4 May 2020 on exercise program on the railway lines will undergo the following changes. 

Vesuvian lines

On the Vesuvian lines, the program will be enhanced compared to the one currently in force, in particular on two time slots.

Line 1 Naples-Pompeii-Sorrento

The Naples-Pompeii-Sorrento line 1 will be guaranteed to travelers every day of the week, from 06:01 to 12:14 and from 14:39 to 20:47. On the appropriate table you can consult all the new timetables in force from 4 May 2020.

Line 4 Naples-Torre Annunziata-Poggiomarino 

The service on line 4 Naples-Torre Annunziata-Poggiomarino will be guaranteed to travelers every day of the week, from 05:57 to 12:03 and from 14:54 to 21:03. The new timetables in force starting from 4 May 2020 are available at the following program .

Line 6 Naples-Ottaviano-Sarno 

Line 6 Naples-Ottaviano-Sarno will be guaranteed to travelers every day of the week, from 06:19 to 12:07 and from 14:49 to 20:53. The new timetables in force starting from 4 May 2020 are available at the followingin the dedicated table.

Line 8 Naples-Nola-Baiano 

The service to travelers on line 8 Naples-Nola-Baiano will be guaranteed every day of the week, from 06:02 to 12:17 and from 14:48 to 20:53. To the following program you can consult the new timetables in force from 4 May 2020.

Naples-C line. Directional-San Giorgio a Cremano 

For the Naples-C.Directional-San Giorgio a Cremano line, passenger service will be guaranteed from Monday to Saturday, from 6:11 to 11:38 and from 14:41 to 19:08 with 30 accelerated trains. nSundays and holidays will not be run. For complete timetables consult the dedicated calendar.

Facilities inhibited for passenger service

From Monday 4 May 2020 they will be closed to passenger service the stops of:

Vesuvian lines 

  • San Giorgio Bronze Horses (Municipality of San Giorgio)
  • Via Monaci and Via Viuli (Municipality of Torre del Greco)
  • Moregine (Municipality of Pompeii)
  • Botteghelle (Municipality of Naples)
  • Salice (Municipality of Casalnuovo)
  • La Pigna (Municipality of Casalnuovo)
  • Brusciano (Municipality of Brusciano)

Flegree lines

On the phlegrean lines we will continue with the exercise program in effect from April 14, 2020 and with the closing of the following stations and stops on the line Cumana:

  • Common duty of Naples
  • Building sites of the Municipality of Pozzuoli

Suburban lines

On the Naples - Caserta - SMCV - Piedimonte Matese line there will be no changes and the program in force will continue from 16 March 2020 while, for the Naples - Cancello - Benevento line there will be the replacement car service.

For Naples-Piedimonte timetables consult the dedicated table (on Sundays and holidays the replacement bus service is suspended).

Replacement bus service Naples-Benevento 

On the Naples - Cancello - Benevento line, the railway run will be canceled and will be replaced with bus service. The service to travelers will be guaranteed, with 10 replacement car races, from Monday to Saturday, from 04:59 to 10:10 and from 12:27 to 19:54. On Sundays and holidays there will be no service.
