On the 2017 International Tourist Guide Day there will be free guided tours in Naples and Campania.
The 21 February 2017 recurs the International Day of the City Guide, an event that affects the whole of Italy. This year the initiative has been expanded and will last five days, from the 17 21 February. There will be several guided tours to enhance the territory and the profession of the tourist guide, and a fundraiser will also be carried out for three projects concerning Lazio, Marche and Umbria.
The proceeds will come donated to charity for the orphans of the victims of the earthquake of Amatrice, for the restoration of the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Caso in the province of Perugia and for the reconstruction of the museum in Pievebovigliana in the province of Macerata. Naturally, the Campania region is always ready to lend a hand and this time too it will not miss the opportunity to help the populations affected by the earthquake by donating the proceeds from the entrance tickets of various structures.
In our region there will be numerous free guided tours established by the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations and promoted in Italy by the National Tourist Guide Association. Let's see some information.
