Naples and Campania are full of hidden wonders: in October the FAI Autumn Days 2019 are an opportunity to rediscover them.
The Italian artistic and landscape heritage is endless: the 12 and the 13 October, during the FAI Autumn Days 2019 the Italian Environmental Fund will bring to light the hidden jewels that lurk in Naples and in other cities of the Campania.
Along with Naples, the cities involved in the project are 260, while they are more than 700 the little known or even inaccessible places that the FAI will undertake to open to the public and exploit thanks to the work of its volunteers.
Every year the Italian Environmental Fund uses these rediscovery events not only to raise awareness among Italian citizens about the need to discover, love and preserve even the least known beauties of our country, but also for collect voluntary donations which will be used to improve the conditions of accessibility and maintenance of the "rediscovered" sites and monuments.

Real Portici site
Saturday: 10: 00 - 18: 00. Last entry 17.30 hours.
Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00. Notes: Last entry 17.30 hours.
You can visit the Royal Apartments, the Library and the Chinese Rooms, the Agricultural Machinery Museum, the Wine Museum and the historic square of the Botanical Garden (accessible to all). Special visits for FAI members: Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 / 11.30 / 12.30 / 16.00 guided visits to the botanical garden at the palmento, the fern and the greenhouses (duration 40 minutes).

Crypta Neapolitana
Il Parco Vergiliano you can visit Sunday from 10: 00 to 13: 00.
At the 10.00 and at the 11.00 reading of the Infinite (Leopardi's poetry). By reservation only.
At 12.00 reading of the Infinity by the Cultural Mediators of the FAI Group Bridge between cultures of Naples in Italian and English, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Wolof, malinké, konianké, sousou, bambara, dendi, kassonke and djoula. Reservation required. There will be no guided tours of the entire Vergiliano Park complex.
