The exhibition on the Dinosaurs in flesh and bone returns to the Natural Reserve of the Astroni in Naples, an itinerary with 30 life-sized specimens!
After the great success of last year, the exhibition Dinosaurs in the flesh return to Reserve of the Astronauts until 11 November 2018. The exhibit provides well 30 life-size dinosaur specimens and it began on 25 March by introducing adults and children to the most important species. In the path set up in the Crater of the Astroni it will be possible to better understand the causes that led to extinction of some species in the Mesozoic period and, at the same time, to know the behaviors that allow man to avoid the sixth mass extinction on Earth.
Dinosaurs in the flesh and bone provides a itinerary in which the history of Life will be told on our planet starting from the Paleozoic coming to the present day, naturally with a focus on the dinosaurs. The full-size models are very impressive and each is accompanied by an information sign that makes known the characteristics of the specimen.
It will be an exhibition that families can not lose and that will make children learn so much about the fascinating world of dinosaurs.
Shuttle bus to the Reserve
The ANM has set up a shuttle to get to the exhibition, the 514 bus. The price of the ticket, including parking, is 6 euros. The service is active on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays until June 17 and starts from the parking lot of the Bagnoli metro line 2, making only the stops in via Agnano Astroni (height of the Hippodrome) and via Sartania (Oasi Astroni), then it will return to the car park on the way back.
To get the special rate ticket you will have to, from the parking:
- collect the ticket at the entry post
- convert the ticket to the ticket in the special rate
- pick up the ticket to use the shuttle up to 4 people
- get on the shuttle at the exit of the parking lot
