Traffic Device in Fuorigrotta for Concerts at Maradona from May 26th to July 1st 2025

From May 26th to July 1st 2025, the district Fuorigrotta will be involved by a special traffic device, prepared by the Municipality of Naples on the occasion of the ten concerts scheduled at the Diego Armando Maradona StadiumThe events, part of the “Napoli Città della Musica – Live Festival 2025” program, will attract thousands of spectators and will lead to significant changes in mobility in the area.

Why the device is implemented

The initiative was created to facilitate the activities related to the setting up and dismantling of stages, the management of public flows and the transit of technical vehicles. The events are part of the program "Naples City of Music – Live Festival 2025” and involve national and international artists, with thousands of spectators expected every evening. In particular, we are talking about the following concerts:

• 2 and 3 June: Gigi D'Alessio
• 5nd June: Luchè
• 7nd June: Sfera Ebbasta
• 10nd June: Marrakesh
• 12nd June: Elodie
• 16 and 17 June: Vasco Rossi
• 21nd June: Imagine Dragons
• 24nd June: Cesare Cremonini
• 26nd June: Marco Mengoni
• 28nd June: Tactical Nuclear Penguins

Traffic changes: affected roads and times

The device is operational every day from 7:00 to 22:00, even on days without events. The main routes involved are:

• Via Luigi Tansillo (section between via Jacopo De Gennaro and via Francesco Galeota);
• Via Francesco Galeota (between via Tansillo and via GB Marino).

The measures envisaged include:

• lane reserved for technical vehicles, for loading/unloading operations directly at the stadium;
• speed limit at 10 km / h with “manual pace” indication;
• no parking with removal on both sides of Via Galeota and on the left side of Via Tansillo.

Dedicated access for music industry professionals

To facilitate the work of the staff, a new entrance gate on via Luigi Tansillo, near the Curve B. Access is reserved exclusively for:

• music operators;
• stage technical means;
• accredited logistics personnel.

This solution reduces interference between spectator and operational areas.

Objectives of the measure

The device has clear and operational purposes:

• protect the public security in the access and outflow phases;
• avoid congestion at peak times;
• facilitate the work of technical and organizational teams;
• minimize the inconvenience for residents and local traders.

Duration and recommendations

The measures will remain in force until 1 ° July 2025, the day after the closing of the last date of the festival. It is recommended to those who frequent the area of plan your travels in advance, following the updates of the Municipality and consulting the signs present in the area involved.
