EAV and smart working: agreement signed to introduce it in the transport company

On 24 August 2022 the agreement between theEAV, or theVolturno Autonomous Body, the company that deals with rail and road transport in Campania, and the unions represented at company level, to introduce it smart working as an alternative form of work performance.

The news was announced by the EAV, which made it known that, after the experience of the pandemic in which we had to adapt, for those who could do it, working from home, they wanted to bring a change in the way the work is carried out.

According to the company, in fact:

smart working has contributed to improve the quality of personal life of workers. This agreement, together with that of the welfare and the performance bonus, represents a further step towards an industrial relations system centered on the economic sustainability of the company and on the worker as a person, whose overall well-being is considered a primary asset.

What's the deal?

The agreement that has been signed provides for some main points, here they are listed:

  • Up to 3 days a week of smart working, of which one mandatory
  • Voluntary membership, subject to evaluation by the manager of reference
  • Individual fixed-term and revocable agreement
  • During the days of Smart Working, services related to overtime, travel and availability are excluded
  • Disconnection band 19:00 am - 07:30 am
